Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused, and uninstalled item for a full product refund, no questions asked. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject "Return Order" and your order number for a return authorization number (RGA). Just include a copy of the return authorization email with your return and wrap the package securely. Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the packaging. You can also use our return shipping label that we will provide in the RGA email, however you will be responsible for any outbound shipping charges. If you decide to use your own method of shipment, we recommend that you use an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS or US Mail.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we received your shipment for the processing your return. We will credit back your account that was used for the original purchase. If our return shipping label was used, actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error. Restocking fees may be assessed if the complete item is not returned or the item is damaged.
If your package arrives and is missing any parts please let us know within 5 days of the receipt of the order and we will have the missing items shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we do not exchange products at this time. Simply place a new order and return the original order.
Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable at this time.
